Content Management and Collaborator Access
Who can open Create content, and how drafts and collaborators work.
What This Is For
Two related jobs in Create:
- Managing content — finding items, understanding draft vs published, and knowing what you can change
- Collaborator access — deciding who else can edit a specific course, SCORM, program, or meetup
Unlike products that charge per author seat, anyone with the Create app enabled on their profile can use creation tools. Editing a specific item still follows collaborator (or admin) rules.
