See Who Registered Learning Results

Analyze and Users & Groups now show when an administrator registered or renewed a result—and who did it.

Compliance and L&D teams often need a clear answer: did an administrator register this result? Until now that trail was hard to see. This release surfaces admin registration where you already review results—without changing how you export spreadsheets.

In Analyze → User results → Result details, each participation is easier to inspect: newest first, with an origin chip such as Registered by… or Renewed by… only when an administrator registered that attempt (learner-taken results stay unmarked). The same chips appear in Event history and Review answers. Timestamps for the attempt sit below the answers. On the user profile in Users & Groups, open Result audit log for the same admin operations (register, renew, delete, archive, retake).

Admin origin on a participation — See who registered or renewed a completed result when it was done by an administrator.
Event history that matches — Expandable participation groups reuse the same origin chips next to lifecycle events.
Review answers, clearer context — Pick a participation, see admin origin when it applies, and read lifecycle timestamps below the answers.
Result audit log on the profile — Administrators open a focused log of admin register / renew / delete / archive / retake actions for that result.
Exports unchanged — Excel exports still focus on progression data; who registered a result stays in Result details and the audit log.
