Wondering who has access to a product? You can finally see every license in one place from Academy—no more hunting through profiles.

When you sell or issue licenses, you need a clear answer to “who has access to this?” We added a product-level view so you can manage licenses from Academy access settings instead of piecing it together user by user.

  • Manage licenses from the product — Open the content’s visibility and access in the Academy and choose Manage licenses to see all issued licenses for that item.
